Universal Suggest is a marketplace that connects website owners (sellers) with individuals and businesses seeking guest posting opportunities (buyers). We facilitate the transaction but do not guarantee the quality of websites or content.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Seller Obligations
Sellers must accurately represent their websites' metrics, traffic, and authority. All submitted websites must be owned or properly authorized by the seller. Sellers agree to fulfill orders within the stated turnaround time.
5. Buyer Obligations
Buyers must provide original, high-quality content that complies with the seller's guidelines. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Payments & Fees
All prices are listed in USD. We charge a service fee on each transaction. Sellers receive their earnings minus the platform commission. Withdrawals are subject to minimum balance requirements and processing times.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not post illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content. Manipulation of metrics, fake websites, or scam attempts will result in immediate account termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
Universal Suggest is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers. We act as an intermediary and our liability is limited to the amount of fees collected for the specific transaction in question.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
